Sterling Holidays launches Knowledge Bank

Sterling Holidays team has touched a milestone for internal communications, updates and knowledge by developing a software platform, serving as a one-stop-shop for all essential information & FAQs about its resorts.

The platform has taken 3 months to attain the crisp and exact information needed alongside trials and testing. It now functions as a perfect tool of communication between Sales and Resorts teams. A consolidated information bank is within reach of anyone who wishes to know:

  • What are the various locations Sterling is present in?
  • What’s our room/banquet inventory, capacity, room types, F&B options with menu. It also includes driver accommodation, pet policy, MICE details, D&E options, Resort T&C, images and Video bank etc.
  • Another feature of the Knowledge Bank is also that the designated stakeholders at the resort can regularly review and directly update the information bank. That’s how user-friendly the platform is developed.
