S D Nandakumar, President & Country Head – B2B & Foreign Exchange, at SOTC, participated in the STB MICE Seminar at Taj Lands End. The panel discussion focused on the MICE industry and leveraging technology to better engage with their audience.
Nandakumar addressed the topics of the role of technology and its importance and how SOTC Travel has developed and adapted its IT systems to integrate and synergize its various businesses.
The various panelists present were Aikta Tyagi, Vice President & Head of Special Events, Amway India, and Gokul Bajaj, Head of Sales and Partnerships, Cvent.
The discussion was moderated by G B Srithar, Regional Director (South Asia, Middle East and Africa), Singapore Tourism Board.
