The Tour Managers of SOTC attended a 2 day workshop on soft skills, culminating in an awards night at the Courtyard by Marriott, Chakan. Amod Thatte started the day with a walk through 2017, followed by the forum opened for feedback and suggestions.
Paras Dharod gave an insight of GST and its impact on the organization, and on the Tour Managers.
Day two saw participants divided into teams. Each team with 7-8 Tour Managers had to present their most difficult situation on tour, and their skills of how they turned the situation around. Zarine Mathias, Head L&D, OE & TM and Shrijani Ravi, General Manager HRBP – TO & Forex, further elaborated on the kind of abilities / skills that each one possesses, and how they can be applied on a professional and personal front.
The event closed with the award ceremony, where Tour Managers received Awards for their outstanding performances during 2017.
