In keeping with the trend of using more technology in the travel business, the SOTC Sales App ‘ENGAGE’ was launched in June 2017. 117 iPads were handed over to a few key sales persons across the country. In the 1st phase 30 iPads were rolled out to the SOTC sales teams. During the 2nd phase 89 iPads were given to front line sales users including our Retail and Franchisee outlets as well. The team was very excited about the event. The launch was inaugurated with a cake designed in the shape of the ipad to match the celebration!
The SOTC Sales App will enable our sales teams to send a quote to our customers in a couple of minutes. They will no longer need to carry physical brochures and quotations and would now have access to all information at the click of a button. The booking process has also been simplified as they can complete the booking transaction on the go in a matter of minutes. Features like the live inventory and image gallery made available on the iPads has enlivened the sales process.
