The conference focused on ‘Managing Talent & Workforce Optimization for Growth’. The panel session revealed insights on the topic ‘Building an Optimized Organization through Talent Management & the Evolving role of HR as a Business Partner for Organization’s Performance & Growth’.
Zarine Mathias addressed issues on Skill Development processes at SOTC, how HR reskills and adapts to handle the changing employee profile and requirements in the organization, current changes within the function of Human Resource and how HR partners better with businesses today.
