The app not only helps customers track their booking and application status on a live basis but also ensures that the holiday process is seamless. The idea behind the app emerged from the fact of an increased use of mobile devices in consumer travel planning and purchasing worldwide. SOTC has also launched an app for its Sales Teams which helps them stay updated & informed on the go. In addition to this, some of the other changes undertaken are modified internal systems to give real time updates.
