Reset and Reboot – A New Beginning for TCI Hong Kong

On December 1, 2022, we had the pleasure of welcoming Madhavan Menon, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, to our office at AXA Tower. This visit was particularly meaningful for us, as it was the first time we met face to face straight after Hong Kong reopened its borders after a three-year pandemic closure.

During the pandemic, the travel business was severely impacted, and the Executive Chairman’s visit was a clear indication of his strong confidence and appreciation for the loyalty of our staff throughout this challenging period. His message was a powerful reminder of the Company’s commitment to its employees and its determination to overcome any obstacle that may arise. Overall, his visit was a great morale booster for everyone at the office, and we are grateful for his leadership and support.

We are still required to wear masks in compliance to the mask mandate policy imposed by the Hong Kong Government since July 1 2020. In recognition of the dedication and loyalty of our long-serving staff, who have served the company over 10 years, Madhavan presented a special gift to each one of them. A limited edition suitcase filled with useful travelling items!
Of course we wouldn’t miss out our Executive Director! He too received the special gift from our Managing Director Maria Ng!

 

This gesture is a testament to the Company’s appreciation for the hard work and commitment to our staff. It is through these meaningful gestures that we can build a culture of appreciation and recognition, which ultimately contributes to our success as a team.
