For four intriguing weeks, our HR team dived headfirst into Rajneeti, a vibrant team-building activity. Each week brought new challenges and twists that kept HR team members hooked. The mission? Release as many offers as possible with minimal dropouts—while making sure that every participant walked away with something to gain.
Four ‘political’ parties were formed, each led by a Chief Minister, Home Minister, and supported by dedicated MLAs. What made this competition unique was the unexpected twist of poaching, which allowed teams to strategically attract MLAs from other parties—creating dramatic shifts in power dynamics. Some teams were reduced to just their CM and HM, while others grew in strength, leading to unexpected alliances and rivalries.
The grand finale saw the teams campaigning for votes in a high-stakes electoral showdown. Every vote earned the party an impressive 1,000 points, building a palpable excitement for the final ballet voting session where the entire HR team cast their deciding votes.
What made Rajneeti truly remarkable was the energy, creativity, and collaboration from every team member. Together, we achieved the impressive feat of rolling out 140 offers in 4 weeks, all with zero dropouts. To top it off, we even closed two long-pending positions, a testament to the power of teamwork and perseverance.
The experience proved once again that when we work together and put our minds to the task, great things happen. Rajneeti was more than just a game—it was a thrilling journey of strategy, camaraderie, and most importantly, fun for the HR team!”
