It gives us immense pleasure to announce the launch of the first two Bots under the “Project Infinity- Robotics Process Automation” which is being implemented at the Shared Services center. This is a transformation journey which we have embarked on in 2019, and we will be seeing a few more processes being automated to match the vision of a digitized Shared Service Centre. The Bots have been named R2 & RA.One for Credit Notes creation and Daily PAR Recon respectively. This means the processes are optimally automated and are being run by “Software Robot”, which are error free and have reduced TATs.
A big shout out to our teams SSC F&A (Sushan P, Anshul ,Priyanka Mesta, Rupali, Tejal, Macchindra ), and Credit Note operations team (Francis M,Bhavani, Ghanshyam, Vinayak), IT – Infrastructure Team (Swapnil Patkar, Bhushan Deosthali, Hemank Trivedi, Dipankar)/ Application Team (Zahid, Sudhanshu, Prakash Kumar, Varsha Mane, Atif Khan) / SAP Team (Manish Patel, Paul Fernandes, Vinay Chauhan, Pravin), Local IT (Ashish) to name a few. Without them this Go Live wouldn’t have been possible
