It gives us immense pleasure to announce the launch of the first two Bots under the “Project Infinity- Robotics Process Automation” which is being implemented at the Shared Services center. This is a transformation journey which we have embarked on in 2019, and we will be seeing a few more processes being automated to match the vision of a digitized Shared Service Centre. The Bots have been named R2 & RA.One for Credit Notes creation and Daily PAR Recon respectively. This means the processes are optimally automated and are being run by “Software Robot”, which are error free and have reduced TATs.
