Research indicates that 1 in 3 employees feels less connected to company culture and co-workers , due to the increasing prevalence of remote work, because of the Covid pandemic. Whether remote or on-site, all employees desire connection and appreciation.. While remote work can remove some of the connection that our teams rely on, we feel it is important to provide recognition to our entire staff so they feel constantly acknowledged and appreciated, giving them a sense of belonging. Here is a list of those who did yeoman work, excelled in their respective roles and and kept the Thomas Cook banner flying. Their hard work has been rewarded with a promotion. Congratulations to every one of you.

“We witnessed one of the most difficult business conditions for the travel industry during the year 2020. It was a very challenging year for survival of the Company. Even as we worked from home for most part of the year, the contributions of our employees to the Company have helped us tide over the difficult time. The Management would like to thank you for your support during these difficult times and for believing in the Company. We would also like to acknowledge the contributions of your family members who played an important role in ensuring that you gave your best to the Company.
While everyone collectively contributed as a team, there are a few whose contributions stood out. Not only did they take on higher roles but grew as professionals. We would like to recognise these employees by awarding them a promotion.
Congratulations to all the promotees on their well-deserved promotion! As they say, ‘With promotions come greater responsibilities and opportunities!’ May each one of you continue to excel in your roles.”
