Private Safaris-EA Has Much to Celebrate and Much to be Grateful For!

Alex, Almost Turned Santa at Christmas!

In the words of Edward Osgood Grover, ‘’Santa Claus is anyone who loves another and seeks to make them happy; who gives himself by thought or word or deed in every gift that he bestows.”

During one of his usual afternoon staff briefings, Alex began his address by updating the team on the current financial status of the company. He noted that the company had recovered from the losses that had been brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic and had started to climb back on a positive trajectory towards profit margins.

Having congratulated every staff member, including the team from Mombasa, who were connected via a video call, for having stood beside him during the tough times (Covid-19), Alex promised the team that the oncoming Christmas season would be quite different from others as there would be some goodies. He further promised to release further details concerning the goodies in the second week of December 2022.

During the end-of-year staff briefing the following week, as usual, Alex called the meeting to order at 2 pm. Without further ado, he jumped into the much-awaited ‘good news’ agenda regarding the Christmas goodies as he had promised the previous week. To the team’s disbelief, he promised that each staff would be taking home for Christmas, Kshs. 30,000 worth of shopping voucher, an announcement that was welcomed with a round of applause and ululations.

Eventually, Alex did turn Santa by delivering on his Christmas promise to his staff on Christmas day. The team thanks Alex not only for the Christmas gift but, also for reminding them that they had fought tooth and nail to emerge victorious by delivering Private Safaris (EA) out of the jaws of death brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic.
