“HEROES” is a special initiative conceptualised by the Communications Team. It was launched to celebrate our PEOPLE who were doing exceptional work at the local level to support communities during the lockdown. It also spotlighted customer service which went way beyond the call of duty and defying all odds during the pandemic. And, indeed, we had so many ‘heroes’ in our company, who did us proud and who were lauded for their exceptional performance. You must have seen them felicitated through the Company communications. We thank them all.
