The Sita office has shifted to a new prime location in Mumbai, on Dr. D. N Road, where the old flagship Thomas Cook Office is, a heritage building and an architectural delight. The stretch, which begins at Crawford Market and ends at Flora Fountain, is a Grade II street-scape under the 1995 Heritage Regulations of Greater Bombay.
The building still has an old world charm, and one has heard stories of a beautiful central marble staircase, which no longer exists, except in the memories of the few who had seen it all those years ago!
Inside, it has been conceptualized to suit our current work needs. In terms of décor and theme , the office has a marble layout at the reception coupled with glass structures across the office for a spacious feel. The large arch-shaped windows bring a certain grace to the work station area providing plenty of fresh air and natural lighting. The high ceiling complements the ambience with dominating shades of white and pastels to complete the modern look, and yet retain the old charming colonial feel on the outside.
The office was inaugurated on 15th June 2017 with a pooja ceremony followed by snacks for the entire team.
