Our Executive Chairman, Madhavan Menon, was present at the SOTC Annual Product Training for 100 Plus people from all over India, where the Teams were trained on the products for 2024, and where they also aligned on their Common Goal for the year.
Madhavan addressed the teams, and spoke about the Thomas Cook / Fairfax Group, the changing customer, the need to focus on FIT, Short Haul and Domestic. He also kick-started the 75th year celebrations by cutting a cake, and spent time with the teams where he shared his views and experiences. It was a great opportunity for the staff to meet, listen and interact with him.
The Theme and Goal for 2024, was based on Driving Change, and a Growth Mind-set in the organization with a Clear focused Number for the Year.
