By pursuing knowledge and acquiring new skills independently, individuals can advance their careers, broaden their perspectives, and unlock new opportunities within the organization. This personal growth translates into increased job satisfaction and motivation.

Our Executive Chairman, Madhavan Menon strongly believes that “Education is an integral part of our lives in the form of training, reskilling and understanding the changes that are happening in the world around us”.

Our Execom Team has always highlighted the importance of learning , upskilling and staying relevant at all times. This was indeed a motivation for us at Learning and Development to partner with LinkedIn. To ensure continuous learning, Team Learning and Development daily assigns “Learner Challenge” which boosts learner engagement with curated challenges and bite-size content. In addition, learning paths which are assigned to colleagues band-wise, based on our competencies, which compile playlists of related video courses on a specific topic or career track. They include multiple courses by different expert instructors to teach a variety of skills and information associated with that subject or profession. Our colleagues eagerly wait for the monthly newsletter published by our team which identifies the “LinkedIn Learning Champions”, as we recognize and award users with maximum consumption.
