In conjunction with the joint promo campaign between Tourism Malaysia and Thomas Cook, product update training was offered to the Thomas Cook Team in Chennai ( 3rd Sep 2018 ), followed by training at Hyderabad ( 5th Sep 2018 ), and at Bengaluru ( 6th Sep 2018 ).  Noor Azman Samsudin – Director of Tourism Malaysia for South India & Sri Lanka updated the latest products of Malaysia in the form of theme parks, hotel properties and tourist attraction spots.  M C Kavitha-Marketing Manager of Tourism Malaysia for South India & Sri Lanka explained through slide presentations and videos, the attractions at Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Ipoh and Langkawi to name a few. Also the 3 major periods of the shopping carnivals in Malaysia were highlighted, and in particular the promos offered by leading malls at Kul for the Malaysia Year and Sale happening between 1st Nov and 31st Dec 2018. Also the visa systems which are now easily available for Indian travellers to Malaysia. The programme ended with a participation certificate given to each Thomas Cook staff member who had attended.
