Thereafter, Zarine Mathias from the Training and Development team conducted a session titled ‘Roti, Kapada & Makkan’, which helped to promote bonding among the team members and to highlight their skills. The following day witnessed system training on FRAME 2.0 – the service module. There was also an interactive session with the Accounts & Finance team members, who shared insights on this new development. Finally, the Service Leads held a discussion which showcased their thoughts for the down line staff and traced the path towards growth and progress.
