Interactive Service Workshop in Chakan


The 4th Service Workshop held in Chakan from November 24th -26th, 2016, was memorable indeed. It began with Daniel D’Souza addressing the team and outlining his thoughts and plans for 2017. Thereafter, Zarine Mathias from the Training and Development team conducted a session titled ‘Roti, Kapada & Makkan’, which helped to promote bonding among the team members and to highlight their skills.The following day witnessed system training on FRAME 2.0 – the service module. There was also an interactive session with the Accounts & Finance team members, who shared insights on this new development. Finally, the Service Leads held a discussion which showcased their thoughts for the down line staff and traced the path towards growth and progress. Each of these sessions was interactive and thought-provoking, with team members eagerly contributing their thoughts towards ensuring that 2017 makes a difference to each and every passenger who travels with SOTC!
