When faced with a customer’s demise on a Char Dham yatra, our team went above and beyond their call of duty to support the family members through an extremely difficult time.
Late Mr. Paranjpye’s wife was in a state of shock from his sudden demise. Our tour manager, Vinayak Zagade, stepped in to provide immediate assistance. He was with Mrs. Paranjpye throughout – taking care of all the arrangements at the hospital, morgue at Haridwar and the post mortem process. He also supported the family with the arrangements for the cremation.
Priya Karde from team Leisure Travel, was very sensitive and caring in handling the difficult but important task of informing the customer’s extended family members.
Shreyas Khapre, our Regional Manager in Pune, also played a key role in taking care of all the travel, transport and accommodation requirements of the nine family members travelling from Pune and Delhi to Haridwar – in time for the last rites.
The family members were truly touched by the care and support extended by our team members and have expressed their heartfelt gratitude in a glowing email.
