iBook: Integrating IT for Better Synergy

iBook, an indigenously built invoicing application across TC was launched for SOTC Business travel as part of the IT synergy initiative for business process optimization.

Key salient features of the invoicing solution platform has been a maker-checker functionality for mastering; flexibility in defining commercials at sub-company or group levels; an online credit limit module; invoice life-cycle management; and last but not the least, auto data creation for SAP.

With new features like a common report module, approval workflow, Group Invoicing and shared cost for the platform, iBook will enhance processes at a group level and assist in driving business value. The project saw synergies with teams from TC and SOTC drive its implementation.
