Employee Engagement
At Thomas Cook we have always believed that Employee Engagement and Wellness provides avenues to build a connect with employees, enable team bonding, provide space and stage for expression of creative talents and, last but not the least, act as small but strong pockets of stress busters.


At the organizational level, there were numerous fun activities arranged on a monthly basis which enabled teams/individual to compete and win prizes. There is a core team that looks at innovative methods to influence participation and design activities accordingly. The team came through at a time when the pandemic was at its peak, and engagement was possible only remotely. This team designs activities that can be driven remotely and successfully create some fun memories for employees every month.
A few that gained appreciation and were popular were Bollywood Character, Twinning, etc. We also celebrated Women’s Day aligned to the International theme of 2022 – Inclusivity – #Breakthebias. A unique idea called #MoreThanPink with activities, and Leadership communication, woven around the theme, was done to emphasize the culture of Inclusivity. The PRIDE R&R which is done on a Quarterly basis also underwent an Avatar change in 2021. It now includes short entertainment modules interspersed with the Award Categories called the Confluence. This forum gives our artistically inclined employees a chance to share their Talent with their colleagues.
