SOTC’s Holiday Essential Kit, a first of its kind innovation in the Holiday Space, contains everything a traveller tends to forget at the last minute – an eye mask, a world travel adaptor, a selfie stick, money belt, compressor socks, comfort band and similar useful articles.
As on September 1, 2016, the company has crossed the 1300 mark in the marketing of this Holiday Essential Kit. The credit for this sales milestone goes to the dedicated Sales & Service teams, who put a number of initiatives into place. The teams sold such kits to most customers booked on GIT packages during the peak months of April, May & June. It was also marketed as a stand-alone product across many cities. Online sales were upped through Facebook promotions as well as regular e-mailers to all those on the past customer database. At the Branches, the Service Dashboard was initiated, which motivated the service teams to sell more kits on a daily basis. While running the monthly sales campaigns, a separate incentive scheme was created for the service teams which sold the maximum number kits.
