Happy Moments as Our MD Personally Meets Staff After Almost One-and-a-Half Years

 

In December 2021, our Managing Director Madhavan Menon travelled to some branches, post Covid, after a gap of almost 1 ½ years. The visits were purely to meet all the staff, and visit our TCIL/SOTC/TCI-Sita offices.

6^th December – Kolkata
7^th December – Delhi
14^th December – Chennai
15^th December – Bangalore

A visit from the Managing Director is always and anticipated occasion, and after this long , unavoidable gap, it was even more so!  There was an air of anticipation and excitement at the thought of meeting Madhavan again in person.   Needless to add, it  made our MD equally happy to meet so many of his team in person after so long. It certainly boosted the morale of the staff, and gave a warm feeling of  ‘normalcy’ again!
