Thomas Cook India recognized as a highly commended winner of the Best SWIFT Solution Award at the Adam Smith Awards Asia 2017
The Adam Smith Award is recognized as the ultimate industry benchmark for corporate best practices. With over 200 nominations received this year, we are delighted to share with you that Thomas Cook India was recognized as a Highly Commended Winner of the Best SWIFT Solution Award, 2017.
The crystal award was presented at Gala Presentation Lunch at the Four Seasons hotel in Singapore. Amit Baraskar who heads the Treasury and Dealings back office team attended the function on behalf of Thomas Cook India and received the award. This is for the SWIFT solution used for international remittances pertaining to the foreign exchange division. The team comprised of Amit, Swaminathan, Milind, Ashish, Marzban, Dinesh & Ronald who worked with Bank of America on evaluating and implementing this solution under the able guidance of Mahesh Iyer and Debasis Nandy. 
The case study write-up will be profiled in the 2017 Adam Smith Awards Asia Yearbook which will be published next year.
