The recent GIT Sales Training for the year 2018 was held at the Courtyard By Marriott at Chakkan, Pune. About 150 sales users across the country were present. There were some who had close to 10 years of experience, while some were still at a nascent stage in the organization. A good mix! A few Managers and Regional Managers also attended the Chakkan training.
Daniel D’souza, Head Sales – India and NRI markets, opened the session with an introductory message about the organization and set the mood for the Training. Amod Thatte, Head Product, Contracting & Innovation, and his product team along with a few Tour Managers trained the sales teams on destinations like Europe, USA, Africa & Australia.
The Sales teams had the opportunity to meet and interact with sales personnel across the country. The exchange of destination information with valuable insights from our Tour Managers enriched the training session. It was not only about Systems, Processes & Destinations. Various fun activities like Dumb Charades, Cricket, Antakshari and Gala Night Parties made the training sessions memorable and enjoyable!
