Here are some recent “Fun ‘d’ Mental” events the staff enjoyed!
With several festivities being around the corner in the third quarter of 2022, we focused on celebrating Navratri, Diwali and Christmas. We had a mix of online activities for our employees, which we had rolled out in the second quarter, and also some on-the-floor activities such as the Christmas Bay Decoration, which was celebrated in the office.
The advantage of online activities was that it facilitated more participation from employees across regions with the ease of employees being able to participate from their desk. We celebrated the Diwali Mela on our online platform, where we had a quick quiz which revolved around various cultures of India. For our football fans we had ‘Jersey Day’, where they had to wear their favourite team jersey, and share photos with us. Our Quarterly Confluence continues to recognise the achievements of our employees across the regions and was conducted smoothly.
The enthusiasm with which everyone participates, shows how popular and welcome these pursuits are!
