Every year, the Roll of Honour shines a spotlight on employees who have not only excelled in their roles, but have also gone the extra mile, demonstrating unparalleled dedication and passion. This year, the outstanding performers for 2023, along with their families, in a fitting tribute to their hard work, were treated to an unforgettable experience—a trip to the exotic landscapes of Vietnam, where they had the opportunity to relax, explore, and celebrate their success.
The Roll of Honor – Performers Meet is a prestigious event for our employees who have achieved an Exceptional performance Rating of 6 for the annual appraisal cycle.
A whopping 177 employees were honored this year across all our entities , which included Thomas Cook India Ltd, SOTC Travels Ltd, Travel Corporation India, TCI Go Vacations, Thomas Cook (Mauritius) Operations Co. Ltd., Sita World Travel Nepal Pvt. Ltd. All these employees were awarded the Roll of Honour for their remarkable contribution to our organization’s success. These top performers have consistently set the bar high, not only inspiring their colleagues but also driving positive results that propel our business initiatives forward. Their collective efforts have nurtured a collaborative and motivating work environment, making our organization stronger and more resilient.
The trip was more than just a company sponsored getaway, it was a well-deserved celebration for the staff. The trip to Vietnam was from 6th-11th August 2024, visiting Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. The itinerary was packed with some special activities specially organised for the group. These included highlights such as the Water Zumba in the pool, the Basket Boatride at the Coconut Village, and the Lantern Boatride in Da Nang.
Employees had the chance to unwind, connect with peers, and celebrate their accomplishments in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. From engaging team-building activities to breathtaking scenic adventures, every moment was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and shared memories. The highlight of the event was the Gala Award Night, where the achievements of these exceptional employees were formally recognized. Managing Directors Mahesh Iyer, Vishal Suri, and Dipak Deva presented the prestigious ROH trophies. This award ceremony underscored the importance of celebrating success and acknowledging the vital role these performers play in our organization’s journey. The aspiration, inspiration and motivation drawn from this event will undoubtedly propel our team toward new heights in the coming year. Congratulations once again to all our exceptional performers!
