Two sessions of an off-site half-day training workshop on “Enhancing Job Competences and Work Motivation” was conducted on 14th June and 27th June 2018, for a total of 40 managers and supervisors from TIC-HK .
This interactive training workshop was conducted by an external consultant, who equipped the participants with practical techniques and tools which would enhance staff capabilities, and improve work attitude. This would in turn lead to better performance, as well as develop a motivated team. It consisted of mini-lectures, group discussions, experiential exercises and skills practice.
Follow-up learning sessions will be arranged in the coming 6 months where participants will gather again to share their practicing experience with each other, and discuss the results of the workshop.
