A champion is just but an ordinary person who does little things exceptionally everyday, and without getting tired. At Private Safaris (EA), we are never without our champions who live by the principle above. These champions are none other than members of the staff from our various departments.
At the end of every month, employees are nominated from each department. Their names are then entered into a competitive list of nominees from which the top three nominees are selected for the top prize.
The top winner bags the title, ‘Employee of the Month’ and takes home a whooping Kshs 10,000 worth of shopping vouchers. The second and the third runners-up contestants bag Kshs.7,500 and Kshs.5,000 worth of shopping vouchers respectively.
