A new initiative called Find Out Fridays was introduced to bring about awareness amongst employees on the working of various systems and processes for employees. Under this initiative a call on one or two of the Fridays in a month has been initiated.
The call gives employees the opportunity to gain further insights into the processes and systems that work around the different benefits and HR Policies available to employees.
The first call of its kind happened in January and it took its participants through the Telephone reimbursement process at SOTC. 118 people participated on the call. Apart from this, a call on understanding the Mediclaim policy was held in February where participants were taken through details of the Mediclaim policy.
Find out Fridays has gathered tremendous beneficial appreciation from employees all across SOTC.
