The SOTC MICE team organized a flawless MICE tour for 750 delegates during the COVID era. Considering the risks and challenges involved in the safety of so many people, this speaks volumes of the unstinted efforts in planning and delivery. For the 750 member MICE movement, great care was taken in both organising the event, and also the on-ground management of the group. There was an unerring focus on hygiene, and other safety protocols at every step of the journey.
