A Moment with us – Business Travel Customer Event, Which Was Much Enjoyed by our Customers!

Business Travel 2.0 certainly knows how to make its clients feel good.

It was an exclusive evening for our valuable customers. Three Business Travel Brands, Thomas Cook, SOTC & TC Travel were together with the complete leadership team under one roof. The event was hosted in three cities – New Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore.

It was a fun filled night, with everything in it to make it a grand event. It was an evening full of pomp and show, and everyone was in a party mood. The objective of the event was to convey our gratitude to the clients, to connect with them, meet prospective clients and above all to have fun.

The event was an ideal opportunity to connect with some of our top clients. Here is a glimpse of that amazing evening with our customers.


Although our staff give selfless service regardless, it is always extremely heartening and encouraging to receive an appreciative response from a customer. I tried the helpline number of Thomas Cook but the call couldn’t get connected despite several efforts. Who in turn helped me in booking new tickets and ensure that everything i.e. ticket-booking/web-check-in/ mailing of ticket etc. was completed seamlessly. HCL Online booking tool CSAT Form

Here in BT 2.0 we do Customer Satisfaction which helps to make us from better to best. We initiated some surveys in a few major accounts in Thomas Cook like HCL and Godrej. Keeping the focus on customer experience at SOTC we have introduced CSAT drives at Flipkart and Infosys. Soon the Customer Satisfaction survey process will be applicable to other corporates across the country which will surely help client managers and operations to understand the strength and area of opportunities in a better way.
