Co-create Initiative: Going from Strength to Strength


With the singular focus on enhancing our customer experience, Customer Co-create – a series of Customer Meets – has been one of the biggest winners in SOTC’s very successful ‘Customer obsessed’ campaign. This Customer Co-create initiative was not only a first in the industry, but also won SOTC the prestigious ‘Best Customer Centric Company of the Year Award’ in 2015-16 – thus setting a whole new benchmark in our category and giving the company a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Customer Co-create is an excellent platform for inviting customers to help the SOTC team in creating new products and in contributing valuable inputs towards building our business processes. Here, customers also share their views and inputs on how their expectations can best be met – thereby helping us to build a stronger and more customer-centric organization.  Ideas and inputs that we received during previous Customer Co-create meets have already been put into action. The SOTC team will be happy to share the same with customers who participate in future meets, which will witness attendance from not only our own loyal customers, but also a few who inquired with us but did not travel with us, including a good mix of young and evolved travelers. Customer Co-create Meets were held in 12 cities across India during September 2016: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Delhi, Baroda, Bangalore, Rajkot, Surat and Lucknow.
