The client management team at SOTC Business Travel has had an exciting start to the year. The continued efforts to meet customer’s expectations, and daily thrashing out escalations, is bearing fruit. While the existing business is seeing growth at a rapid pace, the team has also been pivotal in creating a hallmark for itself in the travel industry by driving programs of some of the most complex and large business travel technology projects for some of its top customers.
The team has presently been involved in promoting the SOTC Branded Cars product. The endeavor is to sign on large customers for this product in the coming months. The Client Management team feels there are exciting times ahead. It has recently been restructured to ensure adequate focus on the large customers to strengthen cross level and functional engagement, and focus on the SME customers to ensure quick wins around the travel related service offerings.
