COL ImageThe Thomas Cook Centre of Learning has introduced a “CERTIFICATE COURSE IN DOMESTIC TOUR MANAGEMENT”. This initiative is to help individuals to get a deeper understanding of  tour management in M.I.C.E. The Indian MICE Industry is set to grow exponentially. It’s a highly specialized business, and is gaining popularity. The management of Indian MICE events can achieve a variety of objectives for corporates and, consequently, it demands trained professionals for these tours.

Keeping this need in mind, the Thomas Cook Centre of Learning, designed a  2-month  program on Domestic Tour management with special focus on M.I.C.E. Here we train students about various destinations in India as well as introduce the participants to the roles and responsibilities of a Tour Manager. It also provides knowledge about various destinations by experienced senior travel professionals. It includes polishing an individual’s abilities and qualities needed for a Tour Manager. This program also helps individuals  understand how to deal with tour groups. It helps in developing leadership qualities,  how to deal with groups and with problems related to tour management. To enroll into this course, one must go through a stringent selection process that would include an entrance test followed by two rounds of personal interviews.
