Asian Trails Indonesia is extremely pleased that it has increased its own presence in Indonesia with the opening of its own office in Labuan Bajo, Flores on 22 November 2018.

Flores is a destination that is rich in natural attractions, from its beautiful beaches to its amazing dive and cruise sites, attractive mountain scenery, to a broad array of wonderful eco-adventure activities around its doorstep. Complementing this decision, the upsurge of new hotels and resorts on and around Flores has been an important reason for setting up our own operations on this Indonesian island.

Björn Schimanski, Asian Trails Indonesia’s Managing Director, said, “Flores island always has had a great touristic potential but only since the last few years we see it slowly taking off. We are only at the beginning of what will be a major tourist destination in Asia. I am convinced that especially the Labuan Bajo and surrounding Komodo national park area will boom in the years to come. We can see already new interesting properties opening up and the sheer beauty of the area will make it a must-see destination. These are convincing arguments for us to open our 5th office in Labuan Bajo. I am thrilled to announce this new opening and I am 100% certain that our customers will appreciate and benefit from our own Asian Trails presence on Flores, after Bali, Jakarta, Yogyakarta and the Gili Islands.”

Alongside this upcoming opening, Asian Trails Indonesia is working on expanding its product range on and around the island.
