A two-hour ‘Learning Shots’ module on ‘Goal Achievement and Customer Addiction’ took place on 13th January, 2018, at J W Marriott, Mumbai. It was attended by 55 MICE Team members from Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
The training was experiential and conversation based, and sans a power point presentation. Participants could move about freely and exchange ideas with each other. At different times in the module they were asked to pause and share what they were feeling. The training made them reflect on how behaviour which is connected with their feelings can impact the customers they serve.
