All Hands-on-Deck at AlliedTPro…and A Little Fun!

An incredible 2023 was replaced by an even more incredible 2024. Sales have come in strong from the very beginning of the year. Travelers worldwide are clearly eager to cross off goals on their US bucket lists. Whether they travel solo, with friends or in a large groups, we are ready to welcome them to our shores.

Our negotiators have been out and about scouting the destination for hidden gems, unique experiences, and exciting deals for our guests. Growing and diversifying our product has been, and continues to be, the team’s focus. When our contract managers were travelling within the destination, our sales team were dividing and conquering the globe. The team has taken advantage of the winter months to visit as many of our partners as possible all over the world. The feedback received is consistent and positive: people want to travel and live up to the words Carpe Diem!

Meanwhile the rest of the band in operations have been busy receiving guests during the busiest months of the year and preparing for what promises to be a very ‘hot’ summer. Among the events worth mentioning, we operated our very first incentive group from Vietnam. Novastar Corporation chose Star Travel and AlliedTPro to operate their trip to LA and Las Vegas. The itinerary, which included an unforgettable hot air balloon ride over southwestern California, was a true success and left us wanting to welcome our next group from Vietnam.

Luckily, it was not all about work. Finding time to work out can be a challenge, but exercise doesn’t necessarily mean hitting the gym. AlliedTPro, and our business partners at New World, launched a 4-week Walking Challenge from Monday October 16th to Sunday November 12th.

We divided in two teams, EAST and WEST Coast, with the goal of getting in as many steps as possible. The challenge was accepted enthusiastically, and 28 participants joined in! Thanks to the app Challenge Runner, participants had the option to easily link their devices, like Apple Watch, Fitbit and similar.

The race was close, with the West leading for a long time, until eastern pride kicked in and the East Coast gang managed to catch up and sprint to the finish line! This fun activity promoted physical wellbeing as well as team building. We were able to post photos and comments for everyone to see. Everyone had a blast, and we will for sure do it again in the future!
