Inle Lake in Myanmar’s Shan State is famed for its tranquil surroundings and the Inthar people, known as the ‘one-legged rowers’. Quy Nhon, a coastal city in Bình Định Province in central Vietnam, is known for its spa and wellness culture, its long shoreline as well as fresh seafood. The Asian Trails Vietnam’s programme brings you to this charming town to revitalise and re-energise with treatments and healthy cuisine.

The wellness team at your accommodation will guide you through the menus on how to maximise your time spent with treatments and related activities. Full Day Holistic Excursion in Luang Prabang

This day-long experience from Asian Trails Laos is a mix of sightseeing and holistic activities in the ancient town of Luang Prabang in northern Laos. It starts with the trip to Kuang Si waterfalls, a three-level waterfall south of the town, popular with tourists. A stop is made at Carpe Diem Restaurant where a yoga instructor awaits to start a 30-minute meditation session followed by an hour of yoga.
The experience ends at Burasari Spa with more wellness activities including the Suite Purification Ritual, followed by the Singing Bowl, a healing tradition from Tibet, and a 120-minute oil massage.
