When an organization reaches the 25 year mark, it is more than just a number. This milestone is representative of all the incredible work that was done to reach this point. We have overcome challenges, evolved with the market, implemented new technologies, restructured and expanded our organization. Most importantly, we as a company, have spent the last 25 years creating unforgettable moments in our destinations for people from all walks of life, from all over the world. Our passion for the experiences we create is what has made us successful.
When considering the challenges our industry has faced these past 2 years, it makes our achievement even more significant, as it is a testament to the trust we have within the market, and our resilience towards unexpected downturns.
We are also very fortunate to be based in Dubai, where the authorities have ensured one of the highest levels of safety for its residents and visitors, while keeping their borders open. This gave us the opportunity to grow our business during 2021, despite it being another tumultuous year. On the other hand, in 2022, we expect to see an enormous surge in travel demand, and believe it will far surpass the demand we have seen in 2019. Riding high off the success from Expo 2020, Dubai is already seeing a surge in travel demand during the off-peak season as well.
Since opening their borders, Oman and Jordan have also seen exceptional demand and we are excited to be building newer and better experiences in these destinations.
To sum up, our 25th year is looking very special. We have a lot of exciting updates and new experiences that my team and I are looking forward to showcasing. We are constantly developing new ideas, so we hope you will stay in touch with us, as we forge ahead towards the next 25 years and beyond.
