Earlier this year, an online appointment requests feature was implemented in the TCI Hong Kong website allowing customers to select their preferences from a list of time slots. This new feature enables our customers to book appointments directly from the site, so that our Travel Consultant is able to provide service to customers at their preferred time when they visit our retail shops. This eliminates waiting time for our clients, and facilitates interaction between them and our staff.
