Operations is the heart of the business, the team dedicates a lot of hard work to provide the best service in terms of high quality and client satisfaction.
Once the tour is confirmed, the Operations team takes over to arrange the entire hotel reservation and transportation part. Moreover, it allocates the appropriate guides according to the itinerary, selects the tourism products and co-ordinates with hoteliers. The team also bears the on-going tour issues, and ensures all payment settlements are done on time.
