Let’s Zumba

We are all aware of the importance of regular exercise, so when the HR Team proposed a Zumba workout called  “Let’s Zumba“, the staff jumped at it…literally! This great initiative had lots of people grooving to this popular form of working out.  The staff was really excited, and the response was great. Each class had a full house of 20 participants all bursting rhythm and energy.

The twice-a-week classes started in May and continued until 12th June. The one hour early morning session was a high intensity work out carried out by an external Zumba and Fitness Expert.

What a fun way to stay fit and healthy. Now we are motivated enough to wait for the next fitness regime!
